Abramov Oleg Nikolaevich

    In 1992 graduated the Ural Polytechnic Institute by specialty “Radioelectronic Systems & Complexes”.

    Since 2000 was a Head of Project Databases in KogalymNIPIneft LLC (Kogalym city).

    Since October 2000 works as a Head of IT Department in Purgeofizika LLC, responsible for general management of section activities; uninterrupted functioning of equipment; assessment of a technical state and safety of a network; analysis of system failures & breakdown reasons; planning & purchase of new equipment; control over timely task solution; mastering & launch of new business processes within the Company; optimization of the current processes, aimed at costs reduction.

    During the work in Purgeofizika LLC Abramov O.N. has managed to develop a well-data evaluation & storage method, which appreciably reduces a number of errors arisen in the course of loading data from the original sources of information. Application of the unique method of data storage allows to drastically reduce the data transfer time for the projects under implementation, as well as sharply enhance the capabilities of process automation (such as data assessment while loading; data preparation & upload in compliance with customer requests; poroperm parameter computation for nonstandard conditions, etc.).

• Certificates: Solaris System Administration II 1996, SunOS for users, OpenWindows 1996, Oracle 7.0 administration 1996, Finder 7.2 (Schlumberger) 1996.
• Knowledge of Machine Languages: Assembler, Pascal, FoxBase, PL-SQL, Awk
• Experience of geological-field DBs creation:
  • The total stock of a current base: more than 41 thousand of loaded wells;
  • More than 29 th. of exploratory wells;
  • More than 12 th. of wells with geological field data.
• Participated in the works under West-Siberian (Povkhovsky, Vostochno-Tarkosalinsky, Vyngapurovsky, Samburgsky, Yurkharovsky, Geofizichesky, Salmanovsky, Severo-Russky, Termokarstovyi, Purpeisky, etc.), East-Siberian (regional works at the territory of Irkutsk region and Krasnoyarsk Krai), Volga-Ural (territory of Bashkiria) and foreign (North Sinai, Egypt) projects.
• Has the experience of launching a remote office of the Company: working out technical requirements; preparation & signing permit documentation for office establishment; purchase of equipment; setup & adjustment of a link; testing & starting up operations; administration.
